Opening of a violin exhibiton by Slavica Janošević from Slovenia with Aneta Rybicka concert
During the conference there will also be a possibility to meet the Slovene companies’ representatives, who are interested in cooperation with Polish firms.
Slavica Janošević was born in 1975 in Lubljana. After graduating from construction high school, her love towards music has brought her to Professor Vilim Demsar’s work-room. Simultaneously to the education in violin-maker’s workroom she studied in a Technical College of Life Sciences and obtained a title of the qualified engineer in fabric and clothing design. She uses the acquired abilities in different fields of art, among which a special place is taken by violin-making.
Violin-making is an art which requires a long period of initiation. During this time an apprentice obtains more abilities and grows to be a master. Slavica acquired all of her knowledge in Professor Demsar’s workroom. Moreover, she discovered there that a small size of violin allows even little children to start the learning of how to play, and a high quality sound of children’s violin allows to develop the play on this instrument faster and better.
As a main goal of her work, the artist claims the spreading of the concept of music which convinces with its sounds that the art exists to animate the world.
